Dear Reader
I am delighted to be able share one of my most relaxing and restorative offerings, ever!
Come and join me and yoga teacher, Naomi Seager for a deeply nourishing weekend of yoga, embodied awareness, relaxation and restoration, alongside gentle 'Equus' experiences with horses in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside.
It's specially designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and return to a more grounded, spacious and authentic way of being.
Here's the information below (and some lovely photos!). Don't hesitate to contact me for more details, or DM using any social media channels I'm on.

Set within the stunning, natural surroundings of Overtown Manor on the Marlborough Downs, this retreat offers a rare opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and immerse yourself in rest, reflection and meaningful connection — both with yourself and others.
Over the course of the weekend we will explore:
✨ Gentle, inclusive yoga and movement
✨ Somatic practices for nervous system regulation
✨ Deep rest and guided relaxation
✨ Focalizing sessions for emotional clarity and inner awareness
✨ Relaxed small group Equus experiences with horses
✨ Time in nature, rest, reflection and spaciousness
This is an invitation to soften and reconnect with the deeper intelligence of the body, and refind yourself beneath the noise.
Equus Experience with Horses
A unique aspect of this retreat will be the opportunity to spend time with horses through relaxed, ground-based Equus experiences led by Joanna.
No riding or horse experience is needed.
Horses are deeply responsive, relational beings with an extraordinary sensitivity to nervous system state, emotional congruence and presence. Simply being alongside them can help us slow down, regulate and reconnect with ourselves in profound yet gentle ways.
These sessions shared experiential spaces where participants can learn from the wisdom of the herd — observing connection, regulation, responsiveness and authentic communication through direct experience with these magnificent animals. Please note these are not are not one-to-one coaching sessions (although these can be arranged at other times should you wish).
Joanna’s work combines emotional depth, embodied awareness and intuitive inquiry, supporting people through life transitions, burnout, reinvention and the longing to live more truthfully and fully.
Yoga, Movement & Focalizing
Naomi has been sharing yoga, movement and embodied practices for over twenty years, creating spaces that are inclusive, kind and profoundly restorative.
Her teaching gently grounds, opens and relaxes the whole system, helping participants reconnect with themselves through breath, movement and awareness. She is a firm believer in making yoga accessible to all, working with the body and whatever it is asking for or revealing in that moment. There is no pressure or forcing, instead allowing the body to open and find its own healing and harmony.
Alongside yoga, Naomi will also guide 'Focalizing' sessions — a powerful yet accessible healing modality that helps participants access deeper levels of awareness, release inner barriers and reconnect with a natural sense of wellbeing and joy, in a way that is accessible to everyone.
The Setting
Overtown Manor is a beautiful and welcoming country house nestled in the heart of the North Wessex Downs, surrounded by rolling countryside and spectacular walking along the ancient Ridgeway.
The farmhouse has been in the same family for over four generations. Originally built in 1690 and extended during the 18th century, it combines quietly elegant interiors and luxurious comfort with a warm, grounded and deeply restful atmosphere.
Each of the six individually and beautifully styled bedrooms is named after fields, racehorses, or carthorse from the Manor and farm’s history. You can choose the room you prefer (which are all priced differently, and can be booked on a shared or individual rate to suit your needs).
Five acres of gardens and farmland provide an oasis of peace, quiet and big skies, while much of the seasonal produce used in the kitchen is sourced directly from the garden itself. And there is access to the owner's beautiful horses, within the grounds, during the guided sessions.
✨ Gorgeous individually designed bedrooms
✨ Sumptuous beds and peaceful spaces to rest
✨ Beautiful grounds and countryside walks
✨ Roaring fires or sunny gardeens with quiet corners to read or daydream
✨ Ample free time throughout the weekend
The hotel is reserved entirely for our used for the retreat. Participants are warmly encouraged to engage as much or as little as they wish.
Nourishment
All meals from Friday evening dinner to Sunday breakfast are included, alongside drinks and nourishing snacks throughout the day.
The food at Overtown is exceptional, abundant, seasonal and entirely vegetarian, lovingly prepared by a dedicated chef.
Healthy luxury at its best.
