As a Life, Leadership and Equus Coach, I believe you already have the answers within you - sometimes they just need a little help surfacing. Horses are naturally skilled at reading us, picking up on subtle cues we’ve forgotten to notice. When you explore an issue in the presence of a horse, you’ll gain immediate insights into what choices align with your authentic self as they respond back to you. Their compassion and non-judgmental presence create the space you need to move forward.
Whether you’re navigating relationships, leadership, parenting, career choices, entrepreneurship, confidence, grief, or celebrating successes, and finding next steps, horses help you gain clarity in a way that matches what you need. I’m here to guide the process, ensuring you stretch without overwhelm, with the whole session taking place on the ground (no riding is required). Equus coaching sessions start from £250 per session, including horse and arena hire, giving you the depth, specialist expertise and powerful, embodied nature of this work.

I've created a number of packages at various sites in Wiltshire & Gloucestershire to help you get the best value for money and to ensure that you get momentum and depth in your work with me. Sessions include an explanation on 'why horses' as a coaching partner, introductory briefing and a demonstration to ensure you can get the most out of your time. Book now and you'll access my calendar to book your individual 2-2.5 hour sessions from Mondays to Thursdays. Many clients love to have several sessions as there are many different coaching options to choose from, as well as different horses to play with and different activities to suit your coaching issue.
And if you want to mix Equus Coaching with Zoom coaching - to figure things out in a three month, magical, bespoke programme, then 'The Shift' could be what you're seeking!
You also be with a fully certified Equus Coach (over 3 years of training including Equus Master Facilitator Training in total), as well as ICF PCC and Wayfinder Master Life Coach and Instructor. The many years that went into this training mean you will be fully supported and kept safe and sound even if you've never been comfortable around horses yet!
